My 5 Ton unit went out Sunday night and I found Norco on Craigslist and Brad fit me in for a Thursday install. The crew works very fast and the system works great! The price was affordable and the financing really helped! I received 3 other quotes and Norco was 40% lower than the lowest quote! My Inside unit was installed in a tight position and the installers centered the unit so not very easy to service in the future! I have another 3-ton unit that I will replace next year and I’m going to use Norco.

Norco just finished my installation. I replaced a 3-ton 14-seer unit with a 4-ton 14-seer. The original building did not do a proper heat load calculation and undersized the unit installed by Frymire. Norco did a significantly better install than Frymire did when the house was built. Super-friendly guys came out and installed my unit. Joked around and even played a few minutes of basketball with my son. Extremely happy with the installation and will use them when it’s time to replace my other unit.

Had a 5-ton heat pump installed during the summer and everything went very smoothly. The unit works great and the electric bill has gone way down. Had Juan come out and do some extra work recently and once again, all is great. The crew is fast and efficient and Juan is available when needed. I recommend this company if you want a professional installation with top-of-the-line equipment at a price that cannot be beaten. I had 3 other estimates and the competition should be embarrassed by the way they give you 3 options for pricing with entry-level, mid-level, and top-of-the-line prices which are so inflated it is not even funny. Juan will give you the equipment price with installation and any add-on things you may want, the way an estimate should be done.

I had a drip pan that needed to be replaced. They got here when they said they would, talked me through the process, and gave hints on how to maintain it in an effort to keep from having to purchase it again. I won’t use anyone else!!!
